Australia post-hardcore In Hearts Wake have released new song “Waterborne”, not so heavy. This song is taken from their forthcoming album entitled “ARK”, release date: May 26, 2017.
We are overwhelmed by the amount of people who have already signed up to help us clean some of Australia’s most polluted waterways. If this goes well, we’d like to take it around the world. As a thank you to everyone ahead of our album coming out on Friday, here’s an early gift called ‘Waterborne’ which is the track that inspired the initiative. We have given Water a voice and the lyrics are written from its perspective.

About the band
With a driving and melodic sound, In Hearts Wake are an ARIA-charting metalcore band based out of Byron Bay, Australia. Formed in 2006 by singer Jake Taylor, guitarists Ben Nairne and Eaven Dall, bassist Kyle Erich, and drummer Caleb Burton, the band debuted its sound, which merges atmospheric synths with melodic hardcore, in 2007 with the EP Into the Storm. The band followed up quickly with a full-length release, delivering The Getaway in 2008. In 2012 In Hearts Wake signed on with UNFD, which released their sophomore full-length, Divination, later that year. A third album, Earthwalker, arrived in 2014. ~ Gregory Heaney.
